My name is Yousef Alhazmi, and I am from Saudi Arabia.

I suffered a war injury. The doctors in my home country recommended that I undergo rehabilitation to get my health back on track. With the support of my government, I came to Germany for neurological rehabilitation because my government is particularly impressed by the Kliniken Schmieder. This gave me hope that my health would improve at Kliniken Schmieder.

When I arrived, my first impression of the clinic was very good. I felt well looked after and comfortable, but of course, also a little strange. The clinic environment was new to me, so I was very pleased to have an accompanying person. At first, I was slightly sad that my accompanying person was not allowed to stay in my room permanently. Instead, she had her own accommodation on the hospital grounds and was, therefore, always able to visit me during visiting hours. That was a great service.

The whole team at Kliniken Schmieder is very helpful, and the therapy is excellent. Sometimes, I would have liked the individual therapy sessions to last longer so that I could make even better progress. I wasn’t able to achieve all my goals, but perhaps I need a little more time for them.

I would recommend anyone looking for a neurological clinic come to the Kliniken Schmieder in Allensbach. I would also make sure to start neurological treatment as soon as possible after the injury to increase the likelihood of a better result and avoid losing too much time.
