How does the admission day look like?
On the day of your admission you will be welcomed by a member of our International Office. The International Office will show you the clinic, the ward, and your patient room, and go through all the admission modalities with you.

After your arrival in the patient room, you will be examined and admitted by one of our doctors. Depending on the time of your arrival, the therapeutic admission will take place directly on the day of your arrival or on the following day.

Since our staff has regular working hours, we ask you to plan your arrival during the day, ideally between 09:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. If this is not possible due to flight times, we find a solution but ask for your understanding that parts of the admission will take place on the next day.
