Frequently asked questions

Parking
Please note that our parking area has a limited number of parking places. Their use is paid.

  • To pick up or bring a patient, you can use the free 30 minutes in the underground parking.
  • Parking places for the disabled are located in underground parking areas. Barrier-free access to the clinic by elevator is possible.
  • Outpatient clinic patients receive a free parking pass if they are allowed to drive.

You can also reach us by public transport: you can take bus 39 towards Königstuhl every hour.

Wheelchairs / assistive devices
If you have assistive devices that you are using, please bring them with you! Often they can also be adapted as the therapy progresses. We also have a limited ability to loan you assistive devices if needed.
Washing/Drying/Ironing
Please make sure you have enough clothes with you.
Valuables
There is a small safe in your room. Please, make sure you put large sums of money, jewelry, etc. there
Payment
We can accept debit cards for payment at the checkout. Unfortunately, credit cards are not accepted.
