Post Stroke

The medical services included in the diagnostic package “Post Stroke” cover the relevant diagnostics for your specific diagnosis and/or complaints. The test and diagnostic are performed at the Kliniken Schmieder in Allensbach, where we offer a wide range of diagnostic facilities and a department for neuroradiology with state-of-the-art equipment.

The following services are included in your offer:

• Treatment by the chief physician of the department
• Accommodation in a single room, including meals
• Detailed anamnesis, third-party anamnesis and clinical examination upon admission
• Diagnostic examinations:
  • Brain imaging (MRI or CT-Scan)
  • Electrocardiography (ECG)
  • Electroencephalography (EEG)
  • Laboratory examinations with coagulation examination
  • Duplex ultrasound
  • Echocardiography (transthoracic or transesophageal)
• Standard medication (in case you are taking prescribed medications)
• Detailed discussion of the medical findings and the recommended treatment plan
• The International Office’s team offers services including assistance with organizing your stay, interpreter services, and translation of the final medical report into English, Russian, or Arabic.
