My name is Steven, and I´m from Virginia, US. I am accompanying my wife Laura during her stay at the Kliniken Schmieder in Allensbach.
My wife and I were living in Germany when the hypoxic incident occurred during a routine imaging procedure resulting in brain injury. She was subsequently moved to Sindelfingen hospital for intensive neurological care. The medical and administrative staff at Sindelfingen hospital highly recommended the Kliniken Schmieder, recognized in Germany as a leader in neurological treatment and rehabilitation and offering the best chances of treatment for her recovery.
Given my wife’s condition, she was transported by helicopter from Sindelfingen hospital to the Kliniken Schmieder in Allensbach. My first impression was the intensive care staff who ensured she was stable and could be moved to the ward “Davos 2” for treatment and rehabilitation. I was impressed by the professionalism and caring attitude provided to her during this challenging time.
The International Office of Kliniken Schmieder as well as the medical and rehabilitation staff on the ward “Davos 2” have been very professional in my dealings with them on behalf of my wife, acting as her court-appointed legal guardian. The clinic’s staff are very professional and have always treated my wife with compassion. Importantly, the Kliniken Schmieder employs administrative, medical, and rehabilitation staff fluent in English.
I am most satisfied with the continuing efforts of the staff of Kliniken Schmieder to provide high-quality of medical care and rehabilitation. I have always had the highest opinion of my wife’s treating physician and neurologist.
The Kliniken Schmieder in Allensbach offers high-quality care and neurological rehabilitation and has administrative, medical, and rehabilitation staff fluent in English. They also have an internal intensive care unit and provide multi-disciplinary care, e.g., intensive care physicians and cardiologists.
